PEE WEE race at the Finals is pre-enter only and you do not pay an office fee or need to be a member.  You also do NOT need a minimum number of races to come to win Day money or participate in the Saddle Pals sidepot or receive Sidepot average awards. The only requirement to particpate is that you are a member of the 08-09 or 07-08 season. This requirement is waived for WPRA members. Sunday's race will not count toward any points. Membership forms are available below for this season and the 08-09 season along with the Rules & Regulations for next year.  There are a few changes so please read them. Open 4D Format-The payoff is based on a four dimensional format. The 4D payoff format is divided into the following divisions: 1st Division/Fastest time (FT); 2nd Division/Fastest time+.5 seconds; 3rd Division/FT+ 1 second; 4th Division/FT + 2 seconds.  Open to all riders. 2006-07 Season. Points are awarded to the top 10 in each division.  All members receive 1 point for entering a race.  Awards are given to the top 3 in each division.  In the event of a tie, the member who attended the most races will receive the award, with the second member who tied receiving the next award down.  You must attend a minimum of 6 races to be eligible for year end awards. Open Points & Standings Join PacWest Open/AM 5D Format -The payoff is based on a five dimensional format. The 5D payoff format is divided into the following divisions: 1st Division/Fastest Time (FT); 2nd Division/FT + .5 seconds; 3rd Division/FT + 1 second; 4th Division/ FT + 1.5 seconds; 5th Division/FT + 2 seconds. Open to horses with a winnings cap of $4000 or less. Any rider may enter, the restriction is on the horse only. 2006-07 Season. Points are awarded per division. 10 for the fastest member time.  All members receive 1 point for entering a race.  Year End Awards are given to the top 3 in each division. In the event of a tie, the member who attended the most races will receive the award, with the second member who tied receiving the next award down. You must attend a minimum of 6 races to qualify for awards. Open/AM Points & Standings Join PacWest Novice 5DFormat - The payoff is based on a five dimensional format. The 5D payoff format is divided into the following divisions: 1st Division/Fastest Time (FT); 2nd Division/FT + .5 seconds; 3rd Division/FT + 1 second; 4th Division/ FT + 1.5 seconds; 5th Division/FT + 2 seconds. Open to riders with a winnings cap of $1000 on either horse or rider. 2006-07 Season. Points are awarded to the top 10 fastest times.  All members receive 1 point for entering a race.  Awards are given to the top ten highest points overall.  In the event of a tie, the member who attended the most races will receive the award, with the second member who tied receiving the next award down. You must attend a minimum of 6 races to be eligible for year end awards. Novice Points & Standings Join PacWest Youth 5D Format - The payoff is based on a five dimensional format. The 5D payoff format is divided into the following divisions: 1st Division/Fastest Time (FT); 2nd Division/FT + .5 seconds; 3rd Division/FT + 1 second; 4th Division/ FT + 1.5 seconds; 5th Division/FT + 2 seconds. Open to riders 16 and under as of May 31st. 2006-07 Season. Points are awarded to the top 10 in each division.  All members receive 1 point for entering a race.  Awards are given to the top 3 in each division.  In the event of a tie, the member who attended the most races will receive the award, with the second member who tied receiving the next award down.
